What I paint

Most artists strive to get an emotional response or a reaction from their viewers. I want to capture my audience with a moment of joy. Or of peace. A small calmness or lifting of their spirit. Whether it’s the scene that’s depicted, the colors, the patterns, or the precision, I want to cause people to pause, to look, and to smile.
